Very helpful staff and also an excellent shop aswell as they stock alot of very nice equipment thanks to the owner if they was'nt there we would all have to travel alot further away for help & buying ammunition to be able to do the sport at any time .
Purchased a rifle from Valley arms. They gave sound advice before purchse and we worked out a deal in all fairness was very good and I was happy with. Happy in that regards.However, I received my rifle in the box on the counter without much way of a thankyou for my custom. I would have expected more customer care considering the money I spent. They didn't really make me feel valued as their customer.If that sort of thing doesn't bother you then valley arms are fantastic. For me I prefer to at least be smiled at when spending lots of money.. Other than the service side, I couldn't put them down. Would give 3.5 stars or 7/10. I will return but would prefer to purchase expensive hardware elsewhere in the future.

Baught a new rifle and scope, happy as a pig in and haven't put my rifle down. very knowledgeable team, to ask the same questions they have probably heard 1000 times already. Very well stocked store.
I went to valley arms and found the guy that helped amazing he dropped everything to come and help I wasn't sure what I was looking for he pulled out 5 or 6 rifles for me to try he was very knowledgeable and gave honest advice about the millions of questions I gave him thanks again guys will be back with my fac in hand next time
