Had real problems with wax in my ears over the Christmas/new year holiday. Contacted HearShop at 09:15 and got appointment for 12:00 same day. Mr. Norquay was excellent, he fully explained the procedure of micro suction, and after examining me he had the job sorted in quick time, "wow" I could hear again. I don't think I shall go anywhere else when I need ear care again. On the NHS I had to make appointment for my doctor to check my ears and confirm I had "wax" that needed to be removed and then I had to wait 2 months to get the job done. Thank you Mr. Norquay.
