Ive had all our pets registered with Wern for the last 13 years and have always found them to be very helpful, especially in emergency situations. Since moving to their new premises there is a much better waiting room which allows more space to sit with your pet whilst waiting to see a vet, without being on top of each other. The consultation rooms are small but clean which is reassuring! The staff are also helpful.
