On arrival to Steve Mellor's you will instantly know that this is a very professional repair centre.It's certainly not a "body shop" and is easy to get to and its easy to park.From first contact through to collection you will be delighted with the professional service that you'll receive. I know I certainly was.I was struck by how organised everything is, the repair area is spotless, as is the small reception.They provided a spotless courtesy car for me and after only a few days my car was ready. The repair was spotless and flawless and as such can seriously recommend them.
The customer service I received from Steve mellor was outstanding. I emailed my insurance midway the Friday before the Christmas holidays thinking I would be without a car until the new year but within the hour I got a call saying they were able to sort me out a car so I wouldnt be without which saved me over the Christmas period. The repair itself was noticeable looked like there had never been the severe damage to the bumper it was all done to the time I was told. Also if I had any questions or queries they went out there way to get things sorted and answered. All in all my experience was easy and trouble free. It really was an easy and pleasent experience. I highly rate and highly recommend Steve mellor.
